Registration guidelines

All participants are requested to register using the online form.

If you are submitting an abstract or applying for a fellowship, please submit all accompanying documentation via e-mail at pgxlabulmf@gmail.com.

Fellowship application guidelines

A limited number of the ESHG-funded fellowships are available for young scientists (students/PostDocs/Residents in training). Preference will be given to ESHG members and researchers from countries which are disadvantaged economically, although fellowships are not limited to these groups. Fellowships of 1000 € will cover the full registration fee and accommodation and travel expenses up to the fellowship amount.

Fellowship applications be submitted at the time of your registration using a provided form. Please submit your application form and all accompanying documentation to the local course administrators via e-mail at pgxlabulmf@gmail.com.

Abstract submission guidelines

All participants are also invited to present their work at the ESHG Pharmacogenomics Course. Presentations include either a short talk or a poster. Short oral presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts. Abstracts of lectures and posters will be published in a book of abstracts. Notification about the type of presentation will be sent by 15 May 2025.

Abstract submission deadline: April 30, 2025 at 23:59 (CEST)

Abstracts must be submitted at the time of your registration in a provided template. Please submit your abstract via e-mail at pgxlabulmf@gmail.com.

Abstracts must be prepared in English. Submitting more than one abstract is acceptable.

Title of your abstract should not exceed 15 words. Total length of the abstract text should not exceed 300 words. Title, authors' names and affiliations are not included in the word count.
