The official language of the meeting will be Slovene and the working language will be English.
Abstracts
Participants are invited to submit abstracts of their presentatons before May 15th, 2009. Abstracts (in English) should include title, authors, affiliation of the authors and abstract text (maximum 1700 characters including spaces).
Abstract submission deadline has been extended: May 25th, 2009 (until 12.00 AM, noon).
Short oral presentations
Short oral presentations will be selected by the Scientific Committee from submitted abstracts. Authors will be notified of committee's decision by July 15th, 2009.
Posters
Poster size
The recommended poster size should not exceed 120 x 100 cm (H x W).
At the Congress
There will be two poster sessions, both held at 1st and 2nd floor of Hotel Šport.
Presenters should please look-up the numbers assigned to their posters in the program book and pin up their posters on the display boards with the corresponding numbers (Table of Poster Sections). Material for attaching the posters to boards will be available in the venue. Presenters are responsible for setting and removing the posters.
Poster session I (Sunday, 20th September from 20:00 to 22:00):
Presenters should set up their posters as soon as possible, preferably before 10:00 on Sunday, 20th September and remove them on Monday, 21st September after 20:00. Topics:
